IT Support Helpdesk

Any member of your team can contact our IT Support Helpdesk by phone on 01707 324201 or email for any IT related issue. There is no automated queuing, and you will be passed to one of our specialists who will take care of your case under our fast response service level agreement

Dedicated Support Engineer

As part of your Managed IT service, you’ll be assigned an OmniLedger Support Engineer, who will be responsible for any on-site equipment and IT consultancy you have. Included with your service are quarterly audit days, used to maintain and service any hardware, or perform installation work.

Day-to-day Maintenance

OmniLedger will handle as much or as little of your day-to-day administration and maintenance as you want, including daily backup checks, group policy management, cyber security checks, remote working connections, and hardware updates.

Cyber Security & Backup
